What is Scoutabout? Scoutabout is an extraordinary event that only happens once every three years - 5,000 Scouts and Guides aged between 10 and 14 from all over Surrey participating in a weekend of fun, learning and activities.

Where is Surrey Scoutabout? At the South East of England Showground, Ardingly, West Sussex - the only local place big enough to take us all!

When is it? The weekend of 20th - 22nd June 2008

So what's happening at Scoutabout 2008? Over 200 activities including - Caving, Canoeing, Paragliding, Archery, Rock Climbing, Abseiling, Crafts, Shooting and Films.

The online booking system is now back on line. Please check your booking for outstanding payments or print out receipts of payments you have made.

Scouts / Guides: £22 for the weekend

Leaders / Adults: £10 for the weekend

These prices include camping fees and activities. Each group will need to bring their own camping and catering equipment and is required to bring their own food.

Each group is responsible for arranging their own transport to and from the event. Each Group / District is encouraged to travel together in order to reduce the number of vehicles arriving at the site.

In order to secure your registration a deposit of £50 is required at the time of registration. Details of where to send the payment will be emailed to you within a few minutes of receiving your registration.
