County Volunteer Development Team
The County Volunteering Development Team makes sure all volunteers in their County have a fantastic volunteering experience. They make it easy for people to join and learn new skills.
To achieve this the Volunteer Development Team members are responsible for the following tasks:
- Attract and welcome new volunteers to County
- Make sure volunteers are well-supported
- Help volunteers with learning
- Recognise volunteers
The Volunteer Development Team is led by Julia Kielstra, and includes the 1st Response Training Team, the Surrey Skills Academy, and the Surrey Scouts Military Community.
