Guide to Planning for Groups or District Teams

According to the Cheshire Cat, if you don’t have a plan then it doesn’t matter what you do.

On this workshop, you will be given a framework for a plan for your team matching the Skills for Life Strategy and the goals for Surrey.

You can compare your ideas with others and learn from the plans of other Groups and Teams.

You are provided with various templates and tools to help you create and communicate a plan.

This workshop is also a foundation for crediting Providing Direction in the Wood Badge Programme (Managers and Supporters)
