Support Team

Supporting Surrey Scouts

The Support Team is working behind the scenes to provide tools and resources to help Surrey Scouts function and maintain a positive image of Scouts in the local community.

To achieve this the Support Team members are responsible for the following tasks:

  • Media & Communications through this website and social media
  • Local community engagement
  • Relationships with other organisations that can help Scouts grow locally
  • Fundraising and finance administration
  • Incidents and complaints
  • Administration support through the County office
  • Governance administration for the Trustee Board
  • Management of Surrey Scout property (Bentley Copse) and equipment
