Go Live Transformation Support
As part of the changes to our volunteer experience, the new digital system to replace compass went live at the beginning of December.
The new system brings some new ways of working and we recognise that this will take some getting used to.
The national website has a whole range of information and support and should be your first place to look:

If you have a question or are experiencing an issue that cannot be answered from the resources above, please email golivesupport@surrey-scouts.org.uk and a county volunteer will get back to you.
Please note, we may pass your message to the National HQ if it is something we cannot resolve at county level.
