Go Live Transformation Support
As part of the changes to our volunteer experience, the new digital system will shortly go live.
Timeline
- Thursday 7 November – Compass is now offline and unavailable for all volunteers to allow the migration of data – Details on interim processes while Compass is offline prior to the new digital platform being available
- Thursday 28 November – Surrey will start to gain access to the new digital system
- Sunday 1 December – Group Lead Volunteer access
- Monday 2 December – All volunteers access
Support
The new system will bring some new ways of working and we recognise that this will take some getting used to.

If you have a question or are experiencing an issue that cannot be answered or resolved from the resources above or locally within your District, please email golivesupport@surrey-scouts.org.uk and a county volunteer will direct your message to the right person. Please note, we may pass your message to the National HQ if it is something we cannot resolve at county level.
