If you want to hold a meeting as a member of the County Team, please follow this process:

1. Contact Alistair Tickett with the details of the meeting.  As the Licensed User for the County, he will then set the meeting up.
2. Alistair will set up the meeting and invite the Basic User (the person who wants to hold the meeting) to join.  Basic Users must be registered by clicking HERE.  Alistair will then give the Basic User the Host Key
3. The Basic User then invites participants to the meeting.
4. The Basic user clicks the Claim Host button at the bottom of the participants list and runs the meeting, remembering to click ‘end for all’ when the meeting is over.
