Scoutabout 2017 – Awesomeness Defined!

With over 6000 people on site including young people, leaders and the support teams, Scoutabout 2017 was a stunning event!
There were over 200 activities for the Scouts and Guides to try and many, many challenge for them to face including The Black Hole caving complex, the high abseil tower, kayaking, shooting, bus driving, quad bikes as well as loads of smaller but just as awesome smaller events. New for this year was the drone flying activity – what a lot of skills were needed!
Performing on the Scoutabout stage this year were Reuben Gray, Hannah Dorman and David Coslett. We also had the return of Scoutabout’s Got Talent!
