SCRAM 2019

Date: 23rd Jun 2019 Author: Alistair Tickett

18 months in the making and one sizzling hot day of activities and fun!

2700 cubs and leaders arrived at Hook Road Arena on 22nd June to celebrate the excitement that is Cub Scouting!  The site was full of activities including some large, some small.  A cavebus, pancake making, the dunk tank, face painting, metal detectors, a plethora of games, beat the goalie and SCRAM FM playing all day (just a tiny sample of what was there!) combined to give the day a special feel as leaders excelled themselves to provide a thrilling range of challenges for the cubs.  Cubs had the chance to explore the site how they wanted with their friends – what they did was up to them – and because it was their choice, each cub has a different SCRAM story to tell!
