Working With Adults is aimed at adults in Scouting wishing to increase their knowledge or working towards their Wood Badge.
You will learn about: Effective communication; Listening Skills; Decision Making Structures; Representing Others.
This is delivered in an interesting and interactive face to face session. This session will also give lots of ideas you can use in your Section meetings.
