Please note, there should be 1 payment per Group or District – not individual payments from Scouts. Money in not refundable but Scouts can be swapped in if needed at a cost (charged by the Insurance company for a change of person).
These prices include camping fees, food and major activities. Groups can also select from a menu of extra activities on the Troop Choice day that incur additional costs.
The group will travel together in a fleet of coaches provided by Bakers Dolphin and will be allocated camping zones as groups or in districts.
