1st Haslemere Beaver Scouts were very privileged to have a visit from a very experienced pilot, Captain Julian Price, who now flies the Airbus A380.
The Beavers were captivated and got to watch close up videos of some of his take off and landings. They asked plenty of challenging questions about the mechanics and logistics of flying an aircraft all of which Captain Price answered knowledgeably. As well as learning a bit about a pilot’s life on the road…well in the sky!
