Congratulations to Father Jonathan How for being awarded the highest award in Scouting by the World Scout Movement

Jonathan said, ” I am both amazed and honoured to receive this award. It is a great privilege to be able to serve the World Organization of the Scout Movement, especially in the area of Spiritual and Religious Development and Interreligious Dialogue.

I am truly blessed to work with so many gifted and generous people and very proud to be one of millions of  volunteers who help some 40 million young people around the world to serve others and live out a promise to do their duty to God and their country.

Scouting honours don’t come any bigger than this, but the greatest privilege is still that of being able to help young people become capable confident citizens and encouraging them to explore the world of faith and beliefs.”
