Are you bursting with energy and ideas? Are you most at home with young people, helping bring out the best in them?

We are looking for a group of enthusiastic, dedicated adults to support Scouts from Surrey on an adventure of a lifetime to the 24th World Scout Jamboree in West Virginia, USA.

Sound like you? Read on for more details

What is a Jamboree?

A World Scout Jamboree is a world Scouting event for young people aged between 14 and 18 and is a gathering of Scouts and Guides from all over the world for an exciting programme of global development, peace, cultural understanding, adventure, fun and friendship. Check out this 60-second guide produced by Surrey attendees to the last Jamboree.

Who do we need?

We need several Leaders who should have experience or a clear understanding of the age group concerned, but age or time in Scouting should not be a barrier to your application. Applicants should be enthusiastic and committed to delivering an amazing experience before, during and after the Jamboree and be aware that this requires a significant time commitment.
