1. Describe your responsibilities
2. Describe your role in approving activities
3. Give an example of approving an activity and how the 7 steps were used
4. Discuss a recent risk assessment you provided
5. Describe the requirements of Permits and AA Licences
6. Discuss insurance requirements
7. Give examples of how you have developed a culture of safety.
