Late Season Skills Weekend (hillwalking)

Friday 22nd November (travelling) to Sunday 24th November 2024

Zoom Pre-meet: evening of Sunday 17th November 2024.

Cost: £80 excluding travel

Venue: All three skills weekends are run from GLSW’s activity centre, Yr Hen Neuadd, in Bethesda in Snowdonia, North Wales.

 

These weekends are run by Peak ASU, a Scout Active Support Unit run jointly by GLSW and Surrey Scout Counties whose members are highly experienced and skilled Mountain Leaders in their own right and have been working together for many years running these weekend events.

HM King Charles III has been confirmed as our new Patron, a great honour for UK Scouts.

The King continues a long tradition of the monarch giving their Patronage, dating back to 1912. This was when Scouts was granted its Royal Charter and HM George V became our first Patron.
