Manager’s Wood Badge Workshop
This Workshop will:
Introduce training support available to Managers and Supporters.
Help participants Complete initial plans for your Group or District and yourself
The workshop has a number of short presentation sessions with requirements to work in tutor groups for most of the workshop.
Participants will:
Complete a RAG assessment and SWOT for their group or district
Complete an action plan for their group or district
Complete a personal assessment of their skills resulting in a learning and validation plan.
Most work will be done in small tutor groups working virtually or as in-person local groups where districts are able to organise the facilities.
Various templates will be provided to enable attendees to complete all the work.
The session will be followed by several virtual validation exercises to progress to the manager’s Wood Badge.
The workshop runs from 10am to 4pm with a one hour break for lunch. This is a Zoom delivered event but tutor groups may be locally organised in-person groups
