All warranted Leaders and Supporters of Scouting are welcome to attend, although voting is limited to Members of the County Scout Council, as set down in POR.
Tea or coffee will be available from 7.30 p.m. and the meeting will commence at
8.00 p.m. Following the main business meeting there will be a short talk given by Richard Smith, ACSL with 1st/4th Addlestone Scout Group on his recent participation in the Tall Ship Trans-Atlantic Challenge 2009, after which refreshments will be served.
A form for your nomination of candidates for election to the County Executive Committee is available for download. Completed nomination forms must be received by the Secretary at the County Office no later than Friday 11th September 2009.
To assist with catering arrangements would you please notify the County Administrator at Bentley Copse if you will be attending.
