Parts of this website are restricted and only available to warranted leaders within the Surrey County Scout area. Certain information including personal contact details needs to be protected in order to safe guard our leaders and the young people for which we have a duty of care.

This information is only accessed by leaders that have registered on the site and their identification has been confirmed. Because of this process, registration of a new user with access to these areas can take a few days, so please make sure you register for access at the earliest opportunity.

To ensure confidentially of the information (which includes personal addresses etc) we ask you to register and choose a username/password which must be kept safe and private.

The secure area presently contains the County address book, downloadable copies of the County Directory, and archives of CCs notes. You can also change your password from this area.

We are planning to allow registered user the option of receiving an electronic copy of Surrey Scout by email as soon as it is released.

Although much of the website is available without logging in, we do ask that registered users sign-in to the website as frequently as possible. This will allow us to understand how the website is used and using this information, provide a better website for all our users.
