All warranted Leaders and Supporters of Scouting are welcome to attend, although voting is limited to Members of the County Scout Council, as set down in POR.
Tea or coffee will be available from 7.30 p.m. and the meeting will commence at
8.00 p.m. Following the main business meeting refreshments will be served.
To assist with catering arrangements would you please notify the County Administrator at Bentley Copse if you will be attending.
Apologies should be sent to the Secretary at the County Office.
