After approximately seven years, we are proud to be launcing a new look County Website. The new site has a modern look and will also deliver new features. The new site has also been built using a flexible content management system called DotNetNuke. This new system should make it much easier to add pages, sections and content and therefore making the site much more relevant.

The new system also allows for controlled access to various parts of the site. These new secure areas will allow more content to be provided without risking the privacy of it's members. Secure access will also allow areas of the site to be managed by different people - therefore giving each section the ability to upload it's own information and news.

The new site primarily contains a mirror image of data from the previous site, however has taken well over a year to get to transfer, therefore there maybe a few updates that have been lost in the transfer. We hope to capture these updates and make them available over the next few weeks. Some content has also been retired and some new content made available too. If you do find any errors please let the webmaster know so they can be corrected.

All login details from the old website have been transferred to the new site and will be monitored for activity. If the accounts are not used in the first three months, they will be removed. If you did not have a login for the previous site then please register here. Please note - each registration is personally checked so it can take a few days before it is verified.

Finally I would like to thank Mike Szewciw (ACC Development) for all his support in this project and Alan Dixon (Surrey Heath Scouts) for designing the graphics used on the site. Without their support this update would not have been possible.
